 Seamless cold- and warm-finished corrosion-resistant steel tubes to GOST 9941-81

Pipes made of titanium, refractory metals (molybdenum, tungsten, tantalum, chromium, niobium), thin- wall and extra thin wall pipes made of stainless steels, as well as of heat-resistant and heat-proof alloys

1. Steel grades: – 04Cr18Ni10, 08 Cr20Ni14Si2, 10 Cr17Ni13Мo2Тi, 08 Cr18Ni12Тi, 12Cr18Ni12Тi, 08 Cr18Ni10Тi, 12 Cr18Ni9, 12 Cr18Ni10Тi, 10 Cr23Ni18.

 

2. Tubes of steel grades 08Cr13, 08 Cr17Тi 12Cr13, 12Cr17, 15Cr25Тi, 08Cr17Ni15Мo3Тi, 08Cr18Ni12Тi, 17Cr18Ni9, 08Cr22Ni6Тi and 08CrNi28МoCuТi are produced under additional agreement.

 

3. Steel analysis shall be as per GOST 5632-72.

 

4. Random length 0,75 to 12,5 m.

 

5. Fixed length up to 7 m, tubes in length over 7 m shall be produced under additional agreement.

 

6. Tubes with controlled inside diameter and wall thickness, mechanically tested at 350 degrees, subjected to flare, flattening and intergranular corrosion tests shall be furnished under additional agreement.  

 

Tubes produced to this GOST can be used in shipbuilding as provided by Approved Manufacturer Certificate of issued by the Register of Shipping of Russian Federation.

Ultra light-wall corrosion-resistant steel tubes

 

Tubes are produced to outside diameter and wall thickness specified in Table 1.

At the customer’s request tubes with outside diameter over 14 up to 25 mm and wall thickness 0,2 mm and over shall be produced to inside diameter and wall thickness.

Tubes are produced with wall thicknesses ranging in increments of 0,1 mm. At the customer’s request tubes with outside diameter over 14 up to 25 mm and wall thickness 0,2 mm and more shall be produced to inside diameter and wall thickness.

 

Tubes can be produced in the following lengths:

Fixed length:
от 0,5 доto 3,0 mm for diameter over 4 доto 6 mm;
от 0,5 доto 5,0 mm for diameter over 6 to 25 mm
Random length: – over 0,5 to 6 mm


Length tolerance limits for tubes produced in fixed and multiple lengths shall not exceed  10 mm.
Outside diameter tolerance limits are shown in Table 2 and those for wall thickness in Table 3.
