Tubes are intended
for aircraft industry.
Outside diameter, wall thickness and their tolerance limits, length,
straightness and weight shall conform to those in Table 1.

It is permitted to deliver 25% of tubes in length not shorter
than 500 mm.
Tubes shall be produced of alloy grades CrNi60WTi and
CrNi60WTi-VAR with chemical composition as per GOST 5262-72
shown in Table 2.

Note:
Metal shall be doped with calcium acc. to
calculation. Calculated amount thereof shall be
specified in process message of billet manufacturer
and residual calcium content in metal shall not be
subject to chemical analysis.

Tubes shall be furnished in heat-treated condition.
Mechanical properties of tube metal in as-delivered condition
shall conform to those in Table 3.

Grain size number of tube metal in as-delivered condition shall
be not greater than 5.
Tubes undergo tensile, flattening and flare tests.
Tubes shall be 100% tested by ultrasonic methods over the entire
surface.
