Notes:
1. Alloy Grade: 36NiCrTiAl.
2. Chemical analysis of alloy shall be as per GOST 10994-74.
3. At the customer’s request tubes shall be produced in
hard-worked condition with deformation ratio 25-60% for
tubes dia. 14mm and over, and 20-60% for tubes below dia.
14mm. Cold-worked tubes shall be neither electrically
polished nor subject to the following mechanical and
technological tests:
а) Grain size analysis;
б) Intergranular corrosion resistance;
в) Flattening.
4. Tubes can be furnished with etched, ground or
electrically polished outside surface and etched or
electrically polished inside surface. Electrical polishing
can be applied to tubes with outside or inside diameter over
6 mm.
5. Intergranular corrosion test shall be carried out at the
customer’s request.
6. Dimensional tolerances of tubes can be tightened
according to technical requirements agreed with the customer.
7. Tubes shall undergo tensile test, flattening test and
grain size analysis (grain size number to be not more than
5).
