Dnepr-GL Group of
Companies developed the manufacture of stainless steel,
heat-resistant steel, titanium-based alloy and
refractory metal rods with special surface finish and
wire.
Product Range:
Round rod Ø0,2 – 25,0 mm with special surface
finish (Ra m) in fixed length of 5 m and in normal
length with tolerance limits as per GOST 14955. Rods are
produced of the following material: stainless steel and
alloy grades acc. to GOST 5632, titanium alloy grades
acc. to GOST 19807, refractory metal grades acc. to TU
48-19-251-94.
Wire Ø 0,2-5,0 mm
shall be furnished in coils with tolerance limits as per
GOST 3282 or GOST 14955. Wire shall be produced of the
following material: stainless steel and alloy grades acc.
to GOST 5632, titanium alloy grades acc. to GOST 19807,
refractory metal grades acc. to TU 48-19-251-94.
Rods and wire shall
be produced only of certified billets by cold or warm
swaging in radial-pressing machine followed by sizing in
linear or/and drum-type drawing mills, outside surface
grinding-polishing, heat treatment in shielding and
inert atmosphere and non-destructive testing.
Special types of technical
acceptance control function at the enterprise, including
acceptance control by Aviatechnica Agency, RF.
Rod and wire can be
produced under agreed technical specifications, which
tighten requirements of applicable TUs and GOSTs.
Moreover, a special TU can be developed.
